•    Supply and installation of floor, Wall, and ceiling finishes, services, joinery, FFE supply, permanent door protection, glass balustrades and metal work.
•    Supply and installation of all plasterboard walls, noggings, partitions, bulkheads, ceilings and associated works 
•    Supply and installation of all necessary steel stud support and framing
•    Engineer, supply and installation of secondary Steel support to Safes (FF&E), Grab Rails。Roller Shutters, and internal auto-doors.
•    Engineer, supply and installation of heavy-duty stud framing (Maxijamb etc.) to all internal doors as required.
•    Supply and installation of all speed panels
•    Supply and installation of all proprietary timber feature ceilings, fibre cement ceilings 
•    Allow FC02 to internal and external, including Colourbond trim 
•    Supply and installation of all proprietary glazed partitions and doors, including all overheacsupport framing, acoustic baffling, door hardware and vision strips.
•    Installation of all door frames within partitions walls
•    Supply and installation of all wall skirtings.
•    Coordination and Installation of Group 2 FF&E.
•    Supply and installation of noggings
