Raised Access Flooring (including floor coating under Raised Access Flooring only) 

Soffit coating and plasterboard ceiling systems 

Partitions as applicable (all types, inclusive of stud frames and tracks, including any 

noggings and fixings) 

Wall and soffit insulation (acoustic, thermal) 

Paint all door leaf and door frame to finish specified in Station Specification. 

Fibre cement boards, as applicable 

Skirting, as applicable caulking to joints, as applicable
